LOBBY DISPLAY
USA Management has installed a new digital Lobby display next to the elevator. Please check this display when you get your mail or wait for the elevator for any meeting notices, water shut-offs or other important building information. It will be updated as new notices are needed.
ASSOCIATION MEETINGS
Building meetings are held at the rec center. There is no meeting currently scheduled, but check back often to see when the next meeting is announced. Please do your best to attend these important meetings.

MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS
Each year USA Management will supply you with twelve pre-addressed maintenance payment envelopes. Make your maintenance check payable to 'Fountain Towers Condominium Association', enclose it in the envelope we provide and drop in the mail. Please don't forget a stamp.
If you have misplaced your envelopes, you can mail your check to:
